Helen Brosius of Jamestown announces the engagement of her daughter, Elizabeth Ann, to Todd Micheal Dougherty, the son of James and Karen Dougherty of Allegany. Miss Brosius is also the daughter of the late Kermit ”Ted” Brosius.
Miss Brosius is a 1996 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 1999 graduate of Jamestown Community College. Her fiance is a 1991 graduate of Bradford Area High and a 1996 graduate of Olean Business Institute. He is employed by Seneca-Allegany Casino in Salamanca.
A Sept. 26, 2009, wedding is planned.
